The rear loading trash truck produced by CSCTRUCK represents an innovative solution for refuse collection, catering to both residential and light commercial environments. Its versatile design allows it to be compatible with various chassis brands, including ISUZU, Dongfeng, SINOTRUK, and more. Central to its functionality is the ejector cylinder and ejector panel mechanism, facilitating efficient refuse disposal by pushing refuse out of the body.
At the rear end, a meticulously designed tailgate, equipped with adjustable hydraulic locking and full sealing technology, ensures secure containment of refuse within the body. This hinged tailgate guarantees a tight seal, preventing any spillage or leakage during transportation.
Integral to the operation of the Rear Loader is the sweep panel assembly, adept at transferring refuse from the hopper to the refuse body seamlessly. Moreover, the inclusion of a large-capacity sewage tank, complemented by a dedicated sewage collection device, addresses potential issues such as leakage between the tipper and the garbage box. In cases where sealant strip failures occur, the sewage collection tank efficiently drains any leaked sewage, maintaining cleanliness and preventing environmental contamination.
For enhanced versatility, the rear loading trash truck offers optional tipper types, including hook tipper, skip tipper, and side tipper configurations, catering to diverse waste management needs and scenarios. This adaptability ensures that the truck can efficiently handle a wide range of refuse collection tasks with ease and effectiveness.

1. Design: The refuse body boasts a rectangular structure featuring a flat bottom surface and curved side and top surfaces, ensuring excellent rigidity and high strength.
2. Workmanship: Precision is ensured through the use of a plasma CNC cutting machine for material cutting, guaranteeing accurate product dimensions. CO2 gas-shielded automatic welding is employed for all refuse body welding, ensuring reliable welding quality that maintains strength and prevents detachment.
3. Environmental Protection: To address the substantial sewage generated post-compression of garbage, a highly sealed compartment and a large-capacity closed sewage tank are incorporated. Stainless steel ball valves are strategically installed on both sides of the sewage tank for easy sewage discharge, preventing secondary pollution from sewage floor drains.

Reliability: Crafted from high-quality weather-resistant steel, the refuse body incorporates core components sourced from renowned brands: manifold valve, electrical operating system, electronic components, and multiple cylinders. This meticulous selection ensures longevity and reliability for the vehicle.
FEATURES
The ejector panel serves the purpose of transferring refuse from the front of the refuse body for ejection. Additionally, it provides resistance to compact refuse during the sweep and slide cycle. Operator control over the eject and pack functions is facilitated by the ejector control valve situated on the front manifold. Both the ejector cylinder and panel are positioned within the refuse body.
The hydraulic setup comprises an oil tank with a filtering mechanism, an oil pump, a manifold valve, a unidirectional throttle valve, oil cylinders, and connecting pipelines.
Manual adjustment allows control over the pump displacement, while a manual reversing valve regulates the speed of the cylinder’s piston rod. Pressure regulation is facilitated by a safety relief valve, which ensures that if the system surpasses the preset pressure, overflow occurs.
In the hopper’s hydraulic system, an explosion-proof valve is incorporated to prevent direct linkage between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose, thereby enhancing safety.
Due to the significant volume of sewage produced following garbage compression, a highly sealed compartment and a large-capacity closed sewage tank have been designed. Stainless steel ball valves are positioned on either side of the sewage tank for easy discharge of sewage, thus preventing secondary pollution from sewage floor drains.
CONTROL SYSTEM
The controller’s smart control system enables centralized control within the cab. Featuring dual sets of automatic and manual control modes, it effectively manages operations such as ejector plate, side plate, sweep panel, and the lifting mechanisms of both hopper and tipper garbage trucks. This control is accessible from the driver’s cab, the middle section, as well as the rear of the carriage.
