BRIEF

The FAW 5,000L Sewage Jetter Truck is mounted on the FAW light-duty chassis. The tank is designed to suck effluents from cesspits, sewers Crude oil, etc. by creating a vacuum inside the tank with PTO operated vacuum pump. The tank contents are discharged by gravity or created pressure inside the tank by a vacuum pump for fast emptying.

Tank
Volume: 5.000 liters divided into two parts; sludge tank 3000 lt., fresh water tank 2000 lt.
Profile: Cylindrical shape, the thickness of 6 mm steel
Front & Rear Lids: 6 mm steel 
Stiffening Rings: Cold-shaped NPU-60 profiles, as external stiffening rings.
Rear Lid Opening: By an upside hinge, vertically opening type with 2 units hydraulic cylinders.
Rear Lid Locking: By 4 units hydraulic compressing cylinders.
Discharging Spillway: For the rear of the tank in order to keep the rear bumper clean. Level Indicators: Acrylic level observation tubes for sludge and freshwater tanks. Level observation glasses are attached to the rear lid.

Water Pump

Adopt German Pinfl or Italian high-power high-pressure pump, pressure: 22~17MPA, flow: 215~270L/min. Self-made stainless steel filter, no need to disassemble and wash, to prevent impurities from entering the pump.
